Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pixeldoro, including the Pixeldoro apps, Pixeldoro as a Discord Activity, Pixeldoro Mini and the website pixeldoro.io (the "Service"), operated by Sergei Andrei Postnov, IE ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Use of the Service

Pixeldoro is an online cozy study game designed for personal use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account using your email address and a one-time login code, or by signing in with Discord.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access
• All activities that occur under your account

3. Community rules

Pixeldoro is a shared world. Other players can see your nickname, your character and what you are focusing on, and they can meet you in rooms and in each other's homes. To keep it a good place to focus, you agree not to:

• Use a nickname, focus task or any other text that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that impersonates someone else
• Harass, bully, threaten or spam other players, including through friend requests and house visits
• Share anyone's personal information
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or modified clients to gain coins, items or progress
• Sell, trade or share accounts

We filter text automatically and review reports. If you break these rules, we may change or remove your nickname or other text, reset progress gained by cheating, limit features, or suspend or ban your account, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of the text you add to Pixeldoro. You give us permission to store it and show it to other players as needed to run the Service.

4. Purchases

The Service may offer optional purchases, such as the Pixeldoro Supporter pack, a one-time purchase that unlocks content and bonuses on your account, and tips in Pixeldoro Mini that support development.

• In the iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android apps, payments are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) under its terms.
• On the web, Windows and Linux, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for these orders under its own terms.
• We do not process payments directly or store your payment information.

Coins and in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchased content is licensed to you for use in the Service; it is not sold to you.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or by the policies of the platform provider or Lemon Squeezy. Refund requests for app store purchases must be directed to the platform provider. For Lemon Squeezy purchases, contact us at hello@pixeldoro.io.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, design, and functionality, is owned by Sergei Andrei Postnov, IE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Radio stations, music and other third-party content belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Cloud Features

Pixeldoro may store certain data in the cloud to enable online functionality and synchronization across devices.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee that data will always be available, accurate, or free from loss.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account in the app, from Settings under your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet your expectations
• Any data or content will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sergei Andrei Postnov, IE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
