Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Sergei Andrei Postnov, IE ("we," "us," or "our") makes Pixeldoro. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
It applies to the Pixeldoro apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Windows, Linux and the web, Pixeldoro as a Discord Activity, Pixeldoro Mini, and the website pixeldoro.io with its subdomains (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address. Used to create your account and sign you in with a one-time login code. You can use Pixeldoro without an account; your progress is then stored on your device only.
- Profile. Your nickname, character and the other choices you make in your profile.
- Focus information. What you are focusing on, your focus tags, your timer settings and your focus sessions.
- Game progress. Coins, items, rooms, pets, quests, settings, stats and your friends list.
- Messages you send us, for example when you email us for support.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone and country or region.
- Usage information, such as which features you use, how long your sessions are and in-app events. We use it in aggregate to understand how Pixeldoro is used.
- Crash and error reports, to find and fix bugs.
- IP address, which our servers receive when your device connects to the Service. We use it to connect you to multiplayer servers, to keep the Service secure and to estimate your country.
Information from Discord
When you use Pixeldoro as a Discord Activity, we request only Discord's basic "identify" permission and store only your Discord user ID. We do not store your username, avatar or email, and we have no access to your messages, servers or friends. We use the ID to keep your Pixeldoro progress linked to your Discord account and to show you to other players in shared spaces.
Information about purchases
When you buy something, the store that processes the payment tells us what you bought and gives us an order or transaction ID. For purchases made through Lemon Squeezy, we also receive the email address used at checkout, so we can unlock the purchase on your account. We never receive or store your card details.
What we don't collect
We don't collect your precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone input, or advertising identifiers. Pixeldoro has no ads, and we don't sell your personal information.
2. What other players can see
Pixeldoro is a shared world. While you are online, other players can see your character, your nickname, what you are focusing on, your timer, your pomodoro count, which room you are in and your public profile. Friends can also see when you are online and where, and can visit your home.
Please don't put anything private in your nickname or in what you are focusing on.
3. How we use your information
- To run the Service: your account, sign-in, sync across your devices, multiplayer, friends and house visits.
- To give you what you bought.
- To understand how Pixeldoro is used and to improve it, using aggregated analytics and crash reports.
- To keep the Service safe: to filter offensive nicknames and text, prevent cheating, abuse and fraud, and enforce our Terms of Use.
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To send you login codes and important messages about the Service.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your information because it is needed to provide the Service you asked for (contract), for our legitimate interests in improving and securing the Service, to comply with the law, or with your consent where the law requires it.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers that help us run Pixeldoro, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Supabase: accounts, sign-in and database.
- Fly.io: hosting for our game servers and backend.
- Google Firebase: analytics and crash reports in the iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android apps.
- PostHog: product analytics.
- Apple App Store and Google Play: purchases in the iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android apps, including tips in Pixeldoro Mini.
- Lemon Squeezy: purchases on the web, Windows and Linux. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for these orders and processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
- Discord: when you play Pixeldoro as a Discord Activity.
- GitHub Pages: hosting for pixeldoro.io.
The in-game radio plays streams from third-party stations. Your device connects to them, so they receive your IP address, like any website you visit.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our players, the public or us. If Pixeldoro is sold or merged with another business, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who must keep protecting it as this Privacy Policy describes.
5. International transfers
We are based in the Republic of Armenia. Our service providers store and process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your account and game data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account and game data from our active systems. Backups may keep a copy for a limited time until they are overwritten.
Analytics and crash data are kept by our analytics providers for a limited period under their retention settings. We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting laws require.
7. Your rights and choices
- Delete your account in the app, from Settings under your account, or email us and we'll do it for you.
- Access, correct or export your information, or object to or restrict how we use it, by emailing us.
- Without an account, your progress stays on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
- Discord ID. To have your Discord user ID deleted, email us.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Wherever you live, we don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
We may need to confirm that you own the account before we act on a request.
8. Children
Pixeldoro is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country. We don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee the absolute security of your information.
10. Links to other services
The Service links to websites and services we don't operate, such as app stores, social networks and radio stations. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll also let you know in the app or by email.
12. Contact us
